Field is in private development. Season Zero access is limited, and applying to the waitlist does not guarantee selection or commit you to payment.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, booking a match, or using a Field service, you agree to these terms and the policies shown at checkout or in the app. If you do not agree, do not use the affected service.
You must provide accurate information and meet the age, location, skill, safety, and other eligibility requirements shown for a match. A parent or guardian must approve participation where required by law or Field's match rules.
2. Accounts and access
Keep your login method secure and do not impersonate another person. Staging-only profile switching and test accounts are development tools and are not available in production.
Field may limit applications, invitations, bookings, or features during a private pilot. Accounts and invitations are personal unless Field explicitly says they may be transferred.
3. Matches, bookings, and payment
A booking is confirmed only after Field records successful payment or expressly marks the place as confirmed. The app shows the match date, time, venue, price, position or clan, status, and any reliability deposit before confirmation.
Match schedules, venues, opponents, and operational details may change for safety or practical reasons. Field will communicate material changes and apply the refund policy where a match is cancelled or materially affected.
4. Conduct, attendance, and safety
Players, clans, leaders, referees, and guests must act safely and respectfully, follow venue and referee instructions, and avoid violence, harassment, discrimination, cheating, fraud, or deliberate disruption.
Field may record attendance outcomes, reliability strikes, warnings, restrictions, forfeits, suspensions, and bans under the policy attached to the match. Decisions are audited and may be appealed through the available review process.
Football involves physical risk. You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit to participate, using suitable equipment, and following medical advice. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Results, ratings, and rankings
Field may treat referee-verified or administratively reviewed match data as official. Player and clan ratings, divisions, rankings, statistics, and history are product records—not professional certifications, scouting guarantees, or promises of selection.
Field may correct errors, void corrupted results, recalibrate provisional rankings, or preserve an audit trail where evidence requires it. Season Zero rankings may be recalibrated before a later season.
6. Recordings and clips
Where a match is identified as recorded, participation may involve capture of your image, voice, play, and match activity for replay, highlights, moderation, and Field promotion consistent with the privacy notice and any consent required by law.
You may create clips only from footage made available to you and must use them lawfully and respectfully. Do not upload or share content that infringes rights, exposes private information, misleads viewers, or targets another person abusively.
7. Reports and enforcement
Users may report players, clans, matches, or service issues. Field may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict access, reverse an action, or refer serious matters to a venue or authority. Reports must be honest and made in good faith.
8. Field content and service availability
The FIELD name, software, visual identity, official data presentation, and Field-produced materials belong to Field or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
Private-development features may change, pause, or be withdrawn. We aim to keep Field reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular opponent, a recording for every game, or permanent availability of every clip.
9. Suspension, liability, and governing law
Field may suspend or close access for serious or repeated rule breaches, safety risks, fraud, non-payment, legal requirements, or misuse. Where appropriate, we will explain the decision and available review route.
To the extent permitted by law, Field is responsible only for loss reasonably caused by its breach of these terms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Bahrain's courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer dispute process or right that applies.
